Experienced from approx. 3 weeks, this belt seems to give good results. It is at first easy to put on – easy fit by velcro which holds very well (even a little too much to take it off in the morning but it’s better!). Tip for women: to put around the waist or slightly above, possible over the pajamas or the nightgown (me, I never put it directly on the skin). I do not hold it too tight, because I can not stand it. The only difficulty (for me) is sleeping all night on the same side. But with a comfortable mattress, you do it and, by not tightening it too much, you can turn it to rest from time to time on the back. In any case, my little headaches on awakening and the feeling of fatigue have disappeared. According to my husband, snoring is effective. The next record of sleep in 2 months will demonstrate whether sleep apnea have also decreased or even disappeared. If you have a problem with snoring / sleep apnea and if you are motivated, I advise you to try it.
