Although I bought it without much conviction I’ve been extremely surprised at its effectiveness.

My wife does enjoy it too! You need a few nights to get used to sleeping with it (2 or 3 nights) but now it doesn’t bother me anymore. A very simple but effective device. It really stops you from sleeping on your back, therefore limiting your snoring.
